HubSpot is a brand-new 2,125 square foot conference center space that can host teams or groups—the perfect spot for COPT tenants to hold team trainings, corporate meetings, workshops, and business events. Easily accessible off Alexander Bell Drive (your first right coming into Gateway), it’s convenient for both COPT tenants and their guests.

HubSpot was designed around the three core ideas you see in its tagline: Connect, Collaborate, Convene. The clean design, comfortable décor, and modern/open layout (there’s even a fire pit on the patio and seating for 20+) combines the best elements of a traditional conference center with a modern aesthetic that inspires creative innovation. There’s also a wall-sized whiteboard where you can scribble ideas.
